| This module provides students with knowledge of a range of environmental management tools and techniques including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Management systems (EMS), environmental legislation environmental audits, environmental accounting environmental performance evaluation and life cycle analysis, waste audits risk asessmant, cleaner production and an introduction to environmental economics. Strategic responses and approaches to sustainable development(e.gFactor 4, Natural Step, Zero Emission Technology) will be explored. |
