Description
This module will consider the two different types of poetry: one that is based on the traditional Tamil prosody and the other which is non-conventional and written in free verse. The pre-indepence and post-independence socio-political and written in free verse. The pre-independence and post-independence socio-political dimensions of the themes will be studied through prescribed texts.
