| This module will introduce you to the field of Psychology as the scientific study of human behaviour. It
will start with historical roots and then explore the biological concepts behind human behaviour and
specific body functions. This module will look at the role of genetic influences in the evolution of
psychology, Research Methods, Nervous System, Sensori-motor system, Visual System, Motivation and
emotions, Eating, drinking and sex, Sleep, Intelligence, Neuroplasticity and Lateralisation and language. |
