| This module will cover the steps and expertise necessary to put audio and video together using editing
packages. Students will learn about editing of audio files, repairing field recordings, performing multi
track arranging and mixing, synchronizing audio and video, analyzing and fixing common audio
problems, and performing other creative sound design techniques to add music and sound effects to video
and multimedia projects. They will learn how to edit video material, compression of the video and putting
it on the Web. They will be expected to know how image, sound and other artefacts can be combined to
make a compelling film or multimedia project. Basics of audio and video streaming will also be covered |
