| The aim of the module is to demonstrate how an understanding of organizational behaviour can
help in explaining and managing the complexities and challenges faced by working in modern
organizations. The module will cover the following topics: Introduction to organizational
behaviour, Individuals in the organization, motivation and satisfaction, group dynamics,
communication, leadership, power and politics, conflict and negotiation, organizational structure
and design, culture, and managing organizational change. |
