Key topics will include: Understanding the link between Marketing and Business; the various types of Business Orientations; Customer Relationships and Value; The changing Marketing Environment; Marketing Research; Consumer and Business Buying Behaviour; Strategies for Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning; The Marketing Mix; The Marketing Plan.
