| The major components of this module are based on the third part of HSK Level 1 programme. Learners functioning within this module can understand basic, simple and limited language materials closely related to personal and daily activities, with occasional help of body language, material objects and proper context; can repeat, recite and reproduce words or sentences with fair accuracy. Learners further develop confidence and interest in Learning the Chinese Language, have some basic knowledge of Learning strategies, communicative strategies, resource strategies and interdisciplinary strategies used in guided situations. Learners gain further Chinese cultural knowledge and acquire further cross-cultural awareness and international perspectives. |
