Students will be placed in agro-industry, agribusiness (small and medium) or other relevant work environment for 6 months after the third year. They will be expected to make a significant contribution to a relevant project under the supervision of a workplace and an academic mentor. Students will be expected to actively participate in the Work Placement Programme and to attend scheduled interviews. Students are required to prepare a final report on their placement, and make a presentation on their work. Students will be expected to adhere to the learning contract stipulated under this module.
