This will deal with general pathological processes and not be specific to organs. As such, it will link with other modules specifically cell death, inflammation, chronic inflammation and processes underlying cancer will be covered. It is not intended to cover all possible forms of cancer but to illustrate the underlying mechanisms. Degenerative diseases will also be dealt with.
