| This module will involve a critical overview of latest developments in all major areas in the field of biomedical sciences. These include Chemical Pathology (Medical/Clinical Biochemistry), Virology, Bacteriology, Blood Group Serology and Transfusion science, Histopathology, Parasitology and Haematology or other, as determined by the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life. Students will need to choose one area of specialization determined by the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life and will be preferably the area in which they majored for the Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. |
